The Problem
Asset Plus does not have many physical branches to facilitate face-to-face interactions with its customers. This limited number of branches increases the importance of a mobile solution to accommodate the mobile first lifestyle of their growing customer base.
The Goal
By emphasizing the user’s journey, we were able to help Asset Plus craft a mobile application suited for the inexperienced investors, a large demographic of their user base.
