2.2. If the Minimum Age for using, accessing, or purchasing our Services or related products is higher under applicable laws than what we have set, then you must adhere to the older age requirement specified by such laws.

2.3. You may not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

2.4 Upon first use of the App, we will request your explicit consent to agree to the Terms and Conditions, which includes our copyright, privacy policy, and disclaimer. This consent ensures that you are fully informed about our app's functionalities and your privacy options.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the App at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. 5.4. In-app purchases are non-refundable.

5.5. Your purchase may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the respective app store (Apple App Store for iOS devices and Google Play Store for Android devices). It is your responsibility to review and comply with the terms set forth by the relevant app store provider.

5.6. Ahancer Company Limited can revise the pricing for the goods and services offered through the App at any time.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party website or service. You acknowledge and agree that you access and use any third-party website or service at your own risk.

7. Copyright and Service Content

7.1. The content provided in this App is protected by copyright laws.

7.2. All rights to the service content are expressly reserved by Ahancer Company Limited.

7.3. You may not modify, copy, frame, republish, reproduce, download, distribute, display, post, transmit, sell or create derivative works from the service content without the express written permission of Ahancer Company Limited

7.4. You may not use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods to obtain content.

7.5. By Using the App, you hereby agree to Ahancer Company Limited any and all rights, title and interest, including any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights. All rights of Ahancer Company Limited or its licensors that are not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved to Ahancer Company Limited and its licensors.

8.1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.

8.2. The Kanji characters, vocabulary, and content provided in this App are for educational purposes only.

8.3. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Kanji characters and content presented in this App.

8.4. Ahancer Company Limited disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by laws, we will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

10. Termination

10.1. Ahancer Company Limited may terminate or suspend your access to the App without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

10.2. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.

11.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Thailand laws. The arbitration shall be held in Bangkok, Thailand, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ahancer Company Limited with respect to your use of the App.

13. Updates and Changes

13.1. Ahancer Company Limited reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App.

13.2. It is your responsibility to check for updates to these Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the App after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
