This document outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that govern your use of the Beat Cafe mobile application (“App”), developed and operated by Ahancer Company Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the App
2.1. You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 13, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s consent.
2.2. If applicable law sets a higher minimum age for accessing or purchasing our services, you must meet that higher age requirement.
2.3. You may not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
2.4. Upon first use of the App, we will request your explicit consent to these Terms, including our copyright, privacy policy, and disclaimer.

3. Privacy Policy
3.1. Ahancer Company Limited is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only essential usage data (such as your email, device info, and time spent in the app) to provide and improve the experience. You can request deletion of your data at any time via the in-app settings.
3.2. We may use trusted tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and RevenueCat to understand app usage. These may collect anonymized usage and performance data (e.g., crash reports, feature usage, and purchase history). All data is securely handled in accordance with our privacy commitments.
3.3. We do not share your personal data with third-party advertisers. Data is used only to improve functionality and support.
3.4. Beat Cafe is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
3.5. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or app store listing. Continued use of the App indicates your agreement to the updated terms.

4. In-App Purchases
4.1. The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscription services.
4.2. You agree that all payment information provided is accurate and current, and that you will pay all charges incurred to your selected payment method at the rates in effect when incurred. Taxes may apply.
4.3. All payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Apple or Google) under their respective terms. We are not responsible for system downtime or errors caused by those providers.
4.4. All in-app purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable.
4.5. Your purchase or subscription may be subject to additional terms set by the App Store or Google Play. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with their terms.
4.6. We reserve the right to revise pricing for any in-app goods or services at any time.
4.7. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime via your device’s app store settings. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually).

5. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may include links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. You use them at your own risk.

6. Copyright and Content Ownership
6.1. All content in the App, including illustrations, animations, and exercise guidance, is protected by copyright laws.
6.2. All rights to the service content are owned by Ahancer Company Limited.
6.3. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App content without written permission from Ahancer Company Limited.
6.4. You may not use any data scraping, robots, or automated methods to extract content from the App.
6.5. All intellectual property rights not expressly granted remain reserved to Ahancer Company Limited and its licensors.

7. Disclaimer
7.1. The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties.
7.2. The exercises and guidance in Beat Cafe are designed for general wellness and light activity, not as medical advice.
7.3. Users should stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort and consult a healthcare provider if needed.
7.4. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahancer Company Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding.

11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Ahancer Company Limited regarding your use of Beat Cafe.

12. Updates and Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the App. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the new Terms.
